Arrow has a different grade, a better encode, a much better translation, and more extras than the Shout! Factory, though the difference in either is not major. Imprint has same master and subtitles (and presumably audio) as Shout! Factory, but FiM encode, has more extras than Shout! Factory and it's own archival extras not present on the Arrow.
