2025 Universal 4K Trilogy Steelbook / 2026 standalone is better than previous disappointing 2022 4K Blu-ray (excessive DNR). Not a whole new scan but the grain has been left mostly intact.

Cinema DTS is OG 5.1 mix.

Otherwise: 2022 4K Blu-ray’s DTS:X remix is more faithful than 2026’s Atmos remix.

3D Blu-ray’s 7.1 remix has reportedly less distortion than the OG 5.1 mix, and is presumably more faithful than the DTS:X remix.

• 4K caveat: A variety of VFX set pieces and touch-ups were added in scenes throughout the film, probably for continuity or consistency, although they might be unnecessary or revisionist. Clouds are added to clear sky of the last act.

• AI is used to fix an unwanted camera movement in one scene.

• some shots had been further stabilized, resulting in strange motion blur.

Also has missing dialog intact.
But it can be argued that the Warner Bros 4K Blu-ray 5.1 (remix) is technically a better mix.

France Seven7 has Dolby Vision and Atmos unlike the US disc but was most likely encoded in the wrong color space

Both will look identical in motion but the Turbine looks marginally better due to a higher bitrate allocation by each cut being given its own disc, whereas Arrow had FiM seamlessly branch the two onto one. Old WB Blu-ray has exclusive extras

Disney 4K Blu-ray, while a good release by itself, is very revisionist albeit made by Fincher. It has a huge amount of tinkering, a different grade, and at times uncanny with the sharpening. Caps of just how revisionist the new master is.

All Blu-ray tracks have significant limiting.
