Apple's video store began as iTunes film sales in 2006 and now lives in the Apple TV app, selling and renting films in HD and 4K. Here it mostly matters for classic studio titles that exist in HD only as digital purchases. The subscription service, renamed from Apple TV+ in 2025, has put a few originals on disc through partners such as Warner (F1) and AV Entertainment (CODA).
