Francesco Simeoni, Arrow's director of content for twelve years, set up this UK label in 2022 to release library titles on Blu-ray, from art-house films to genre classics. Discs are sold in the UK and, through a distribution deal with MVD, in North America, with on-disc extras and booklets of new and archival writing. Transmission, an imprint launched in 2025, issues cult films in new 4K restorations.

Radiance 4K Blu-ray is superior to Kino Lorber 4K Blu-ray, see mfunk9786 review:
Despite being at a considerably tighter bitrate than the Kino, the BD-66 from Radiance /Transmission is the release to own. Looks fantastic (FiM again), grain pattern is crisp, and the repeating scene error isn't on it, either. Really nice packaging that isn't as beefy as a Second Sight LE is another big plus.

Though note its different color grading from the IP-sourced but poorly compressed Fun City Editions US Blu-ray (caps)
Judging from spectrograms at https://forum.blu-ray.com/showpost.php?p=23933756&postcount=57, Fun City Editions US Blu-ray appears to have marginally less filtering than Radiance 4K Blu-ray (whose padded 16-bit depth is a non-issue). There are also loudness differences, though it's unclear whether dynamic range also differs. Caveat: need to A/B both tracks to confirm, but no one has posted actual A/B impressions.

Solid upgrade and the increase in resolution works well with the 16mm source in making it appear a bit more film-like than the Blu-ray, which is obviously very good as well

Radiance 4K Blu-ray
Fine new master that is largely rebuilt from the original negative instead of the HD DI. HDR / DV runs slightly too hot in the highlights but the DP supervised it and Radiance presents it as delivered to them by Severin.
Radiance 4K Blu-ray
Radiance 4K Blu-ray from nic:
Unadvertised HDR10 grade that looks better than the equivalent Blu-ray it's packaged with, grain rendered very clean even when it's heavy. FiM encode so surely it's better than the Media Blasters UHD, but there are still issues with frame stability, some shots have this jitter that kinda hurts to look at. Not a night and day upgrade over the Blu, but it's better and despite its issues, probably the best it'll ever be.
