New York-based Decal launched in February 2021 as a joint venture of Neon and Bleecker Street to take over their home-video releases from Universal; Bleecker Street sold out of it in 2025, leaving Neon as parent. It puts out Blu-ray and DVD editions of Neon, Bleecker Street, Greenwich and XYZ Films titles such as Titane and The Seed of the Sacred Fig, plus films it acquires itself.
