Jinpachi Nezu (根津 甚八, Nezu Jinpachi, 1 December 1947 – 29 December 2016) was a Japanese actor. He has appeared in 56 films and television shows since 1974. He starred in the 1982 film Farewell to the Land, which was entered into the 32nd Berlin International Film Festival. Its 2.0 mono is a downmix of this 5.1 remix.
Older BDs and LDs have the original mono mix in varying quality, but are all inferior fidelity-wise to the new 5.1 remix. The digital track on the Bandai/Emotion Japan LD BELL-942 is possibly the best of the bunch.
