Undercrank

Silent film accompanist and historian Ben Model started Undercrank Productions in 2013 to put rare and long-unseen silent films on DVD and later Blu-ray, each with his own score. Most releases are crowd-funded on Kickstarter and transferred from 35mm archival prints, largely from the Library of Congress under a co-branding deal. Series include Accidentally Preserved and collections of Marcel Perez and Marion Davies.
