Lou Ye (Chinese: 娄烨, born 1965), is a Chinese screenwriter-director who is commonly grouped with the "Sixth Generation" directors of Chinese cinema.

All other Blu-rays feature the 5.1 remix only, although, per the restoration note (found on pages 21-22 here), director Lou Ye was closely involved in this remix and made sure it stayed faithful to the original mix (no new sound or atmosphere and retaining original mistakes).
